We Are Team RMS

The RMS companies provide compassionate and quality support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

We believe in teamwork, integrity, listening and learning.

Helping individuals get more out of life.

RMS was founded in 1983 in the state of Ohio. Our company is a family of human service organizations that provides residential, vocational and recreational support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

We provide services through RMS of Ohio and Residential Management Systems (RMS, Inc). Our unified mission is to provide superior quality support services. RMS believes and follows the principle that no single model will serve every need.

Services are intended to assist and support the individual in living as independently as possible.  The desires and abilities of the individuals we serve are the focus of our support.

Employees define the heart of our organization. Ongoing training enables our staff to provide the highest quality service to the individuals that we serve.

RMS, Inc.

Residential Management Systems, Inc. (RMS, Inc.) was founded in 1983 and provides residential and adult day services to individuals with significant physical, medical, or behavioral needs. RMS, Inc.’s residential services are offered at six intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities or ICF/IIDs. Our ICF/IID group homes are located throughout greater Cincinnati. In addition, RMS, Inc. can support temporary, or respite residential support needs with respite beds located within two of the group homes.

RMS, Inc. focuses on serving individuals with more intensive needs, including individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Staff receive specialized training on appropriate interventions to assist individuals with ASD, and are able to tailor supports to meet the needs of the individuals.

RMS, Inc. provides adult day services in three locations in the greater Cincinnati area. These programs are sensory based, especially appropriate for individuals who have sensory needs, ASD, or severe cognitive impairments that have difficulty interacting with or managing within their environment.

Our newest program, located in North College Hill, provides transitional services for young adults transitioning from school to assist them with learning skills to live and work as independently as possible.
